FRC are a suppliers and distributors of a variety of specialised camping and RV related products.

Distribution of our products is undertaking in one of two ways.

  1. As drop shippers for the suppliers of the products. These may include manufacturers, distributors or importers of the products.
  1. As suppliers and distributors of our own products and services.

The majority of our orders are processed instantaneously online, but we also have provisions to accept phone orders.

All online and phone orders received by FRC are processed as soon as they are received and usually dispatched the same day or by the next working day.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, or we are made aware items are out of stock,  shipments may be delayed by a few days, however if this is the case we will endeavour to let you know and give you a choice of how you wish to proceed.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Orders received after 1pm on Fridays are still processed when they are received, but not dispatched until the following Monday or next working day if a public holiday.

Where this is the case, orders are processed instantaneously as they are received and on-forwarded to the suppliers for dispatch.  The dispatching process may differ from supplier to supplier however will follow similar guidelines to those described in this policy.

Products that are supplied directly by FRC are handled by FRC or assigned to dispatchers, and FRC retain full responsibility for delivery.

FRC and our suppliers use a variety of methods to dispatch goods including a combination of Australia Post and independent couriers.

Each dispatch method may vary in delivery times, however for all orders processes and dispatched by either by FRC or on our behalf by our distributors we allow up to 7 to 10 working days for delivery.

Please note that if you order multiple items from various distributors, your order may not arrive all in one package.  As each product is dispatched direct from the suppliers, your order may arrive in separate packages and on different days.

If we become aware your order may take longer we will endeavour to contact you via email or phone to advise you and seek further instructions.

Our merchandise range is not pre-printed but is made to order.  Whilst we still endeavour to have any merchandise delivered in the same delivery times as stated above, there are occasions where merchandise may take a few more days for delivery.

Many of our products have a free shipping option, however all Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

If express delivery of an item is available, it will be displayed with that item.  If not displayed Express Delivery of items is available on request directly to FRC either by email or phone.

If international delivery of an item is available, it will be displayed with that item.  If not, international orders can be arraigned on an individual bases by contacting FRC direct on (07) 5406 1247

Delivery delays beyond our control can occasionally occur. If this is the case, please let us know direct via email to [email protected] or call direct on (07) 5406 1247 so we can address the situation immediately.

Please do not use Facebook or other means to advise us of any delays as we cannot guarantee we will see these messages and reply in a timely manner.

When you place your order with FRC you will receive a confirmation of your order direct from FRC.  Once your order has been processed and forwarded to the appropriate distributor, you will receive further confirmation and order tracking details.

Whilst FRC is not directly liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, we do ask that if your order is lost or arrives damaged, you advise as soon as you become aware of this situation so that we may act on your behalf to address the matter.

FRC will then directly contact the product suppliers and follow through any investigations.  In the case of damaged orders, we required photographs to be sent of the damaged item so that we may investigate further.   All photographs should be forwarded direct via email to [email protected]
