Free Range Camping Pty Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy and in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and all applicable Australian privacy policies, principles and regulations (collectively, “privacy laws”).
This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit our Website, Free Range Camping (www.freerangecamping.com.au) (“Website”), and or the associated Free Range Camping application (“App”) and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, handling and disclosing that information.

WHY WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We collect your information for the reasonably necessary performance of our services and our Website or App, including but not limited to:
• Registration for subscriptions. We collect personal information from you when you subscribe to our free and premium services directory in order to keep you informed of other services that may be beneficial to you. Your personal information is also used in order to process your payments and to confirm whether you would like to receive promotional materials in the future. We will seek your consent to send to you promotional material and special offers and to allow specifically selected partners to send to you offers of discounts or other benefits. Where you consent, we will periodically send you offers we consider may be of interest to you.
• Sales Promotions, Competitions, Surveys and registration to attend our events. We collect personal information when you respond to one of our promotions, competitions or surveys or when you register to attend an event in order to inform you if you have won a prize, to place you on a guest-list to an event and to help us better understand what products and services you would like to receive information about in the future.
• Our Mobile and Internet Apps. We, or a service provider, may collect information through our apps to assist us in delivering your electronic member cards to you, to understanding how you use our apps, how the apps are performing across different handsets and to assist us in the selection of advertisements for groups of individuals.
• Registration for our Membership Card. We collect personal information when you apply for a membership card and sign up to join our member discount scheme. By providing this personal information we are able to keep you updated on special offers and events that you may be interested in and to reward your commitment to the brands.
• We collate any information you send to us in relation to data or file images of any receipts you choose to submit to us following participation of our FRC Business Partner discount scheme. Such data is collated for the purposes of research and may be presented to private and government organisations, for the purposes of developing further camping and tourist related activities.
• Employment. We collect personal information when you apply for an employment or internship opportunity with us as part of our recruitment process.
INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE TO US
The information we collect on or through our Website or App may include:
- information that you provide by filling in forms on our Website or App. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our Website or App, subscribing to our services, posting material or requesting further services. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with our Website or App.
• records and copies of your correspondence (including e-mail addresses, telephone numbers and postal address), if you contact us.
• your responses to surveys that we might ask you to complete for research purposes.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT THROUGH THIRD-PARTY PARTICIPATING BUSINESSES
We offer membership cards that you may use in third party participating businesses associated with our Website or App that may offer you a membership discount or benefit when making purchases or participating in in-store and online promotions (“participating businesses”). When you use your membership card with participating businesses, we may collect information about you, including:

ACCESSING AND CORRECTING YOUR INFORMATION
You can review and change your personal information by logging into the Website or App and visiting your account profile page.

We may not be able to delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.
