Q. How do I join FRC?

A. It is easy to join FRC. Simply head on over to our main web page www.fullrangecamping.com.au and press the Registration button at the bottom of the page.  From there you will be redirected to the Sign Up page.

 

Q. How much does it cost to join FRC?

1. Standard Member (Free)

A Standard membership is totally free.  Free membership will give you full access to the FRC website but excludes discounts and additional premium member benefits.

2. Premium Club Member

A Premium club membership that includes discounts, additional member benefits and inclusions, is a small annual fee of only $49.95

Q. What are the different types of membership levels?

A. There are two models of Memberships available

Free Membership
There is no cost to use the Free Range Camping website or join as a free member.  Free membership allows access to the FRC website www.fullrangecamping.com.au  Your verifiable email address is required for registration. This grants free access to all web content, newsletters and updates provided you have an active internet connection.  Free members will also have access to the FRC online store, but not access to our discounted Premium Club Member pricing.

Premium Club Membership
For continued FRC Premium Club Membership, a fee of $49.95 is required to be paid annually.  Premium Club Membership entitles you to our full range of discounted member services, including;-

The FRC Mobile App (featuring off-line mode)

Exclusive access to discounted Caravan/Motorhome Insurance
Discounts in the FRC online store

Q. How do I register?

Free Members
To register as a free member, go to the Register button on the main page, where you will be asked for your email address.  That is it, you are now registered and will have full access to the website content and receive our newsletters and updates.

Premium Club Member
Once you register as a free member, you will be provided the opportunity to upgrade to our Premium Club Membership and receive all the added benefits.  Or if you wish to join as a Premium Club member immediately, you can do so via this link. (insert correct link here)

Q. Can we register as a couple?

Yes, you can register as a couple.

On the registration page you will see an option to include a second member to your profile.  Although the second member will be added to your profile, their details will not appear on your membership card.  Only the primary members details will appear, but all the benefits will be passed onto both members.

 

Q. How can I edit my profile on the App?

A. To edit your profile on the App:-

– Press the Me icon at the bottom right of the screen

– This will direct you to your profile page, where you will see your avatar and name, along with a short Bio about yourself.

Press the pencil icon to access the edit area where you can update your details.

If you wish to edit more details than this, you will need to access your profile page on the website. You can do this by logging into the main website www.fullrangecamping.com.au and heading over to your Admin area.

 

Q. How many devices can I use the App on?

A. There are provisions to use the App on up to 3 different devices.  For example, this allows for a couple to use the App on each of their phones and a tablet.  If FRC detects more than 3 devices in use your membership will automatically be suspended.

 

Q. Which devices can I use the App on?

A. The App can be used on a variety of smart phones and tablets.  For smart phones, it will only be available in portrait view, tablets will be available in both landscape and portrait views.

The App can be used on the following versions
Android devices – Version 4.4.2 or later
iOS devices – Version 8 or later

Q. Can I transfer the App between different devices?

A. If you are changing devices, you will need to re-download the App, and any offline data you require.  You will then need to sign in again using your log in details.  Remember however you can only access the App on up to 3 devices.
