HOW TO GET THERE
From the New England Highway turn West into Merriwa Road (signed), cross the railway and turn right into Main North Road and almost immediately left into Recreation Road
SITE ACCESS
The Camping Area is at the end of recreation Road
FEES & BOOKINGS
There is a fee of $15/night for powered sites, payable at the Information Centre; unpowered campers are asked to make a donation in the yellow box at the entrance or at the Info Centre, $10 is suggested as there are Hot showers here.

Lovely spot with lots of room. Toilets clean but it would be of great benefit if there was a dump point here. Had a lovely overnight stay & will definitely be back.
Open and lovely for a free spot. Kids enjoyed the cows, the nearby trains are frequent but are slow freight and didn’t bother us.
