Homebush Park Camp is a established campsite set on 2 acres of private property in the charming little village of Binalong. Owners Trish and Bernie welcome all travellers including Free Range Camping members in fully self contained RV’s, and pets (on lead), to their friendly country campsite.

Homebush Park Camp is centrally located to the surrounding towns of Jugiong, Harden, Yass and Young and only 95kms from Canberra. The campsite is perfect for a weekend getaway being an ideal base to explore the many villages, towns, wineries and attractions that the Hilltops and Southern Tablelands region has to offer.

There are no amenities or power at the campsite which is grassed with some lovely shaded areas. The beautiful gum and eucalyptus trees on the property are perfect to relax under as you enjoy the views of the countryside and the hills towards Jugiong. After a busy day exploring you will love coming back to the tranquillity at Homebush Park Camp. Evenings see some amazing sunsets, during your stay you may even get to see some wallabies, rabbits, possums and new born lambs as well as a variety of birds.

Water is bore water, town water is available for a small cost from your hosts, as are boxed wood bricks. Two wood bricks burn for approximately 4-5 hours being ideal for use onsite in a fire pit. Bricks are easily stored to travel with you. Trish and Bernie offer Australian White lamb cuts from their breeding farm. Depending on the season, packaged cuts are available to take on your travels.

Historic Binalong village is only a short stroll from the campsite where you can get basic essentials from the small general store, grab a pub meal and cold drink at the Hotel Binalong, enjoy a steak at the Tara Motel Restaurant. Binalong also has a service station, swimming pool, post office and coffee shop. Alternatively for more services, Yass and Harden are both less than 35 km from Homebush.

Travellers are more than welcome to leave their vans at Homebush Park Camp overnight whilst enjoying day trips, or spending a day or two in other accommodation in towns like Canberra.

Being experienced and regular travellers themselves, Trish and Bernie have opened up their property to give travellers another affordable place to stay while travelling in the Southern Tablelands of NSW. Their aim is to have an outside toilet, a B-B-Q area and fires sites for a more enjoyable stay for their guests.
